Gotts or 3.5" AF1?

Which would you prefer?

Which would perform better?

I am in the market for an intake and have found a 3.5" AF1.
But don't know if it would be better than the Gott's with OE silencer removed flowing through a K&N drop in filter.

Thanks!

Gotts. More economical choice and the same exact result. Plus OEM won't need tuned.

Gotts
Gotts due to cost savings.
Don't waste time removing the silencer. It doesn't improve flow speed.

Also the Gotts shouldn't cause a lean condition. The AF1 3.5"s have been know to do that.

Well I was looking at getting a tune for the truck also. But if anything ever happened, and I wanted to take it off, I wouldn't be able too because of the CAI...

Hmm...
I know that silencer doesn't improve flow, I was just wanting the "cooler" sound that a CAI makes. lol.
