Sounds great as expected man! Almost makes me re-consider the SI/DO route for a true dual again. The first vid is the best, you hear a rumble, then it comes around the corner, leveled on 34/35s, black heads, fogs, and wheels, then shes there. Snarles as it waits, then its gone, bad ***!

I betcha it will be

Thanks for the compliments and the advice, Darren! Coming from the reining "best sounding exhaust" contest champ, I take your words as a mighty high compliment. I agree with you...she does look meaner in that first vidya.

I betcha you'll be really happy with the si/do setup. Good news is, if'n ya ain't, it ain't nothin' permanent.

Thanks again, man!

SIMPLY amazing dude!
Beautiful truck and beautiful sounding [WELL, beastly sounding I should say] setup.
Thanks for all the videos to give others an idea of how they sound on our trucks. As we know, vids do no justice like they sound in real life. From one Magnapack-er, to another, Keep on MAGNA-PACKIN! lol..

Oo, and btw, when they break in, it's gonna seem like all hell has broke loose!

Thankee, sir! You're right...vids don't do it justice. And I can tell a gradual increase in volume already.

About where did you install the mufflers close to the X or near the exits? I am looking for tidbits of info for when I get to do mine, havent decided what to do with the 4 cats either at a 170K they must be ready to die.

I hate drone, I took the slowmaster & cutout off the hanger after it feel off the Y pipe and broke the other hanger OMW home one day.

Mufflers were installed as close as they could get them to the rear axle. X-pipe was installed in place of the factory y-pipe.

Just got a job and plan to get this exact setup soon. Where did you purchase your accessories from?

I kinda have an 'inside connection'.

I hear Summit is a great company to do business with, though.

Just one word WOW. That sounds very smooth and aggressive, I like what you did. You spent time deciding on exactly what you wanted. Job well done.

Thanks, Svets! I did research the topic pretty extensively, and some of the good folks around here really helped with that.

I've had the setup for a couple of weeks now, and I still haven't listened to any music while driving. That deep, aggressive tone is kind of addictive, and I can tell the mufflers are getting broken in because the exhaust is getting louder while retaining that great tone.

Magnaflow did a fantastic job with these mufflers!

Thanks again!

You can put the summit X on there and long as the pipe size is the same diameter.

Sounds great man!
