Borla Pro XS Installed!!

So i finally got my exhaust installed this friday! took it in at 5 after work and 2 hours later it was on. It sounds Perfect not to loud just right. I tried to record a sound clip using my phone but it seems to cancel out the exhaust. Ill try a different camera later this week.

This is my set up
2.5" 90 bend
2.5"/3" Magnaflow Y-Pipe
Borla Pro XS 3" 2.5" SIDO
2 Borla tips

Looks nice! Same setup I have, even the same exit. Only I don't have the Borla tips. Love my exhaust. It opens up after a few weeks.

Congrats! Did you get the rear cats removed too? Very smart move on buying the 90 degree mandrel bent pipe!

Thanks guys! I didn't mess with the cats at all. I don't think I could go any louder than this.

Great job man! Think it looks great. Glad you're happy with it. How'd you manage to get your truck so clean? Mine looks like I drove cross country behind a cow hauler!

Sounds good to me. I need to wash my truck first. I'd be embarrassed to let you see it right now. Where do you work? What part of town?

Gotcha. I might have to give you a holler one of these days after I finish my shoulder therapy out at the medical center.

As much as I hate Borla tips, they actually look amazing in this truck. It must be the wheels. They mesh really well together.

shofun91 yes there available I bought everything separate. The tips alone are pretty pricey but I think well worth it. Here's the link http://www.summitracing.com/parts/BOR-20120/

avfrog thanks! Your the one that got me worried in the beginning about my tips, but I stuck to my original idea and it worked out perfect!

Thanks again for the replies. I'm still all grins when I drive my truck. I think it's even shifting a lot better I'm not sure if this is possible or not but I can def feel a difference from stock. Thanks!
