OBX hi flow kit or Magnaflow cat replacements?

Alright, thanks to all the amazing help I've received, I think I have everything figured out.
OBX Header Kit
Front O2 Sensors x 2
Ford Racing Locking Header Bolts
BBK O2 Extension Harness x 2
SCE Copper Gaskets
All said and done I'm looking at about $1,000 in parts.
Edit: And to be 100% sure on where to mount the O2 Sensors.
Correct? the X is for the two bungs that will not be used.

Any suggestions on who to buy from? I've heard bad about Sparktec, like really bad, and some good. Is it worth the extra $45 to buy via ebay? Just been researching online sellers and some red flags have popped up.
i got mine from an ebay seller but i called there dirrect number and haggeled with them a bit and got 75 off the ebay listed price, dont remember the seller thou, call who ever had them listed, its worth a shot
