New Exhaust Finally Installed!

All my parts were purchased online from The Performance Peddler...great service and even better prices. I've had them for several months as something would always come up to prevent me from installing. Well, today was the day and I finally got it all put in, and boy and am I happy!

Comparatively speaking, this is a somewhat mild exhaust compared to some of the more aggressive set ups on here, but I have two small kids to think about. It does have a low rumble at idle and sounds great...it sounds better when I jump on it! But at highway speed, it quiets down significantly and is only slightly louder than stock.

Lastly, there was concern about clearing a 35" spare but as you can see, a custom pipe bender can clear it with no problems.

Details:
Muffler: MAG12288 - 3" In/2.5 Dual Out, 18" Length
Tips: MAG35190 - (2) 3.5 Out, 10" Rolled
Y-Pipe: MAG10778
45* Rear Exit

Thanks to Darren and avrog for answering my questions.

Looks good! How much clearance do you have on your leaf springs?

sweet. I used a program and took off the white paint you put on your license plate, so now I have your plate numbers.

There's quite a bit, but I can measure for clarification. It's hard to tell, but the pipe is routed closer to the shackle than the actual spring pack so there shouldn't be any contact at full droop.

I've always had loud exhausts on my cars and trucks but since my 2004 Tahoe, and now my 2005 F150 (both purchased new), I've had nothing but stock exhausts. It's so nice to hear that rumble again!

Why do I need a video? I know what it sounds like.
Alright, I'll shoot a vid and post it soon. Videos are so subjective though. It's hard to get a feel for how loud/not loud an exhaust is unless there's something to compare it to. But I get it, they're cool to watch!

All the part numbers are in the first post. Go to Performance Peddler for their most current pricing. I paid about $265.00 with free shipping.
