XS and Turbo XL are the same muffler. The XR1 will be a louder muffler over all. That is there "all the flow without the all the noise muffler".

HELL TO THE YEAH! XR1s are sweet!!!! 3" mid pipe to 2.5" out will be tad louder and deeper than 2.5" all the way through. Thats the only difference. How are you gonna exit it??? And thats gonna sound SO good with your 2 cat system! And are you gonna go with the round or oval body?

im thinking the 12" oval body, with either a 45 exit similar to stovetops (since i have nearly a 35" spare) or possibly the hidden look similar to this: https://www.f150online.com/forums/ex...ipes-pics.html

Nice. Either one would be a nasty setup.

That 12" xr1 should sound similar to my ROR, which I think is a 10" muffler. I can honestly say that if it does sound similar, you should love it. I love the tone of my ROR , it's surprisingly aggressive for a sido. keep in mind that your only gonna get so loud with stock cats...

I do love the ROR exhaust. I used to think i wanted really loud. But then I rode in a couple trucks that were like that, and the drone was ridiculous. I decided to go with borla to keep the nice deep, aggressive tone and reduce drone.

An aggressive but deep Borla sound. Haven't heard it on our trucks yet, but comparing other Borla mufflers on different vehicles? I'm in.

That is the muffler they use on there stinger kits.
