I had a Dynomax Super Turbo catback on my '95 XL longbed and it had a nice rumble to it. Try a SI/DO muffler with 18" rolled SS tips and aluminized pipe or buy a mandrel bend Dynomax catback from Summit Racing for $280.00 and add the SS tips of your choice.
Then, install an Airaid drop in filter, an ACCEL Cap & Rotor, ACCEL coil, black MSD wires and a new 02 sensor. You might even advance your timing 2* but that will also call for 89 or 91 octane gas. Contact me if you are looking for even more power. An upgraded 130 amp alternator and e-fan will help out even more.

I most certainly miss mine. It had the TX/OK chrome package with Oxford White/Crimson Red Metallic accent, a 5 speed, red interior, AM/FM cassette, tilt, cruise, tach, dual tanks and sliding rear window. I averaged 15 mpg city on 87 Conoco and 17 highway in 5th gear with cruise set at 60 mph. I could squeeze 19 mpg out of it in 4th gear. A nice smooth ride indeed and fun to drive. I bought my youngest son a '95 XL a few years ago and he traded it this past fall with 220,000+ miles on it.
