Borla Question

I'm working on a true duel setup with high flow cats, x pipe and borla xr-1 mufflers - all 2.5".

Which xr-1's do i need? The website shows a sportsman, bullet and multi-core. I'm assuming its the Sportsman series.

Also, in the Sportsman all thats offered in the 2.5" is oval, will the oval shape fit in line well with the rest of the exhaust (i'll turn them sideways/longways like the oval is standing on its narrow edge, not the flat edge)?

Thanks

First off let me say this is THE best exhaust you can get. Congrats. Second, get this one. It is the loudest. http://www.jegs.com/i/Borla/157/4094...oductId=744683

the sportsman ovals will work, they can sit side by side with no issues.

You've got it John. It is the 12" oval Sportsman. I love it so far. The only thing I wish I had done differently is gone ahead and gotten it true dualed. Oh well, there's always the future.

To the OP, check out performancepeddler.com and use coupon code "clubgp". It's a little more expensive than on jegs but the shipping is free and you come out better in the long run.

Yeah your set-up is just a bit too quiet for me, I bet it would sound amazing true dualed, just a enough more rumble, ya know?

I would think the 40942 would be louder due to it being a round body
