Exhaust Question for '06 4.2L V6

I just bought my 1st F150. It's an '06 F150 XL 5spd 4.2L v6. Don't have much money to work with but want to improve the sound of the truck. I was thinking about just replacing the muffler for now leaving all the stock pipe on the truck. Will that improve the sound any? What I'm looking for is as deep of a sound as I can get but at the same time not something that you can hear 2 miles up the road either or something that's gonna wake the neighborhood either. Which muffler out there would do that for me(if there is one) Thanks for any help you can give...

think i've narrowed it down to a flowmaster....but whats the difference between the 50 and the delta 50? and whats the deal with glasspacks? do they just make the 4.2 sound like a riceburner or are they decent at giving a good sound without being loud? thanks...

I didn't like the sound of glasspacks on my V8. I don't think you'd like the sound of them on your V6. Go with the flowmaster they sound better on the 6's. That vid I posted above sounds pretty good to me IMO.
