Gotts Mod Question????
I have an 08 5.4 and was thinking of doing Gotts mod to the intake. I am wanting to know what people used for the tube? Did u use a blk pvc 3" pipe if so where did you get blk? I only found white 3" pvc pipe in area I live. Did you buy white and paint blk? Please help!!

The OP might be experiencing what I was. ABS is rarely used in my area anymore and not sold at Lowes or Home Depot. I just used the white PVC for my 4.6L but it doesn't show since the fernco covers the whole pipe. You can paint it black if you want, it will still work the same.

I wasn't able to find the ABS 3" around here either but I had some extra 3" PVC laying around so I used it. A little shaping with the dremel tool and some Krylon fusion satin black spray paint left over from painting my headlights and it looks factory.
