Tax return time!!

Okay so I have a 2002 f150 with the 5.4L. What intake and exhaust combo works the best? I was looking at a cherry bomb vortex cat back and K&N intake? What do you guys think? Good power for the money? Or are there better options? I mainly haul my race quad and trailer if that makes any difference.
