Would my cai be the cause of my check engine light coming on??? Well that's what the dealer told me today.. And they also told me it would never pass our state emissions testing... Just curious if I should go back stock or get a programmer.. I took it to autozone and was getting a 171 code if I remember correctly.. Need some advise...

 

the cai could set a check engine light, if a vacuum hose isn't properly hooked to it, or a leak behind the mass air flow sensor. and the dealer was right it will fail and emissions test.
