If i'm not mistaken the 3v with any type of aftermarket intake run lean without a tune.

So pretty much I should just put the stock intake back on until I get a programmer? Or do I need a programmer?

Hi.

If you have a 3V , and did this: https://www.f150online.com/forums/ar...04-2008-a.html

You should be fine without a tuner. No lean conditions, typically.

However - be advised that many 2004's had lean tendencies right from the factory for some of their calibrations, so a custom tune and/or measurement would be a very good idea. Call one of the tuners in my sig to discuss/confirm - they will know if yer calibration is one of the ones that exhibit this behaviour.

This is unrelated to the mod above, but is something to be aware of.
