They do claim it's a "premium" muffler that they use in their "System Setups".... and their Generic mufflers are mass produced...

Inferring the system mufflers are better...

They've never given me an further explanation than that....

Hard to tell when you never get to see them side by side....

^ Right. The difference between a Borla Pro XS SI/SO and a Borla Turbo of the same size is the name stamped into the body, and that there mass produced. They are made out of the exact same materials. I emailed them about a lot of things and the scoop on it!
