My exhaust pipe is looking a little corroded and it looks goofy with my chrome tips. If i spray the pipes with some high heat paint in the silver color, do you think it will look better and keep its color?

you can see them when your standing on the side of the truck but maybe im just being way to observant lol

 

Yes you can use some hi-temp paint. Just be sure to prep the surface so you don't have to keep going out there are adding coats.

 

Keep in mind, that painting the exterior does not guarantee corrosive protection. The interior of the aluminized piping can deteriorate from condensation and weaken the steel over a few years use. If you are just embarrassed of a little rust on the visible tailpipe under the frame through the wheel well and around the spare, hi-temp paint them.

 

Use black..I've done it on all my trucks..Silver stands out too much and looks cheesy....
