Exclamation Header Debate; Long, short & Tri-Y?

i have been looking into new headers. before i was about set on getting the full lengthe Pacesetter(#70-22229)
but discussing pros and cons of short vs long with my dad, he brought up Tri-Y headers. which i never have herd of, maybe saw before but just was to young to notice anything.
He explained how the Tri-Y pipes work (w/fireing order, vacume, back preasure, yadda yadda) and that it gives me more low end torque. which i guess is what i been trying to get.
Does anyone know of a company thats makes Tri-Y headers for a 2006 5.4L?? because all i can find are for hot rod cars, nothing new.
If i cant find them i might just make them.

~Shorties~ probally no
~Full length~ maybe
~Tri-Y~

You won't find a tri-y header for your truck. Go with Longtubes for sound and performance. Pain to install though.

Ya, figured as much. A budy i work with makes headers for race cars for him and freinds, so we probally gunna just make them. It'd be more meaning full instaed of just buying them.

Most of these long tube headers have been researched and engineered to be as efficient as possible for a specific application. The primaries are not actually equal length for each cylinder. Some of the cylinders may very 2-4 inches. They are engineered this way for reason.

If it were me, I would just order a set. If I was going to spend some money and time to install them, I would want to absolute most out of them as I could get.
