Roush exhaust fit 2010? Would it void any warranty?

I'm trading my 2005 in for a 2010. I have the roush off road on the 05 and love it. I just took it off my 05 and put the stock back on and was wondering if anyone on here fit theres to a 09-10 and if so what i need to do so?

Also if i put it on my 2010, will it hurt any possible warranty issues in the future?

i'm sure an exhaust shop could make it work just fine. and it can't void any warranties unless it is proven that the aftermarket part is what caused the damage. that is federal law.

I would prefer to just swap in the roush muffler, but because its dual rear exit I cant do that.

My 2005 has 4 cats, the 2010 has two and its already louder stock then my 05 so this roush off road would give me better sound then ive ever had, somehow its going on or i'll sell the whole kit and go with a muffler swap of some sort.

Funny I haven't even picked it up yet and already looking to modify it, lol!!

I would keep the Roush t-304 stainless tailpipes over doing a muffler swap only. But I would for sure recommend longer length tips. A shop can fab it to work, no warranty worries since its only a muffler back system.

You are correct. And the run around is exactly what roush gave me when i bought this too, lol!

The 409 looks new after the ny winter. I am very happy with the kit, but may just sell it and go with a muffler swap on the new one. Have alot of interest in the kit. Dont know if i should give up that roush sound though. Nothing like it!

I had assumed he had the t-304 kit because he said his truck was a 2005, figured he had had the kit for awhile and was why he was happy, and planning to transfer it to the new truck. Wasn't until last December they sold out ( along with no more chrome plastic Roush Grills ) that they sold the exhaust off to the other company.

I bought the kit in september last year. They sold out in august, not december. It was a fricken nitemare waiting for this kit, and they never told me they changed it.
But in the end, it turned out that this newer kit was much better then the old model, and easier to install and align. the older models people could never get the tips aligned for example, this kit is very easy to align and the new piping is alot better then the old.

I think im starting to want to keep it again, lol!

Keep it, the Roush/Borla sound is very unique. I have yet to hear a F150 in person that sounds just like mine. You'll probably be the only 09+ with that muffler worldwide.

im considering it. people cant be too interested they all want pics then you never hear from them again, lol!

the roush kit would sound ten times better on my new truck then the old imo because i have two tiny cats whereas had four huge ones on my 05. This new 2010 sounds ten times better stock then the 05 did stock. The roush kit was awsome on the other truck.

'09+ also have length tubes in the manifolds, its not just a tube and holes like the awful previous designed manifolds. Basically, you '09+ guys have OEM shorty headers.

My new truck sounds awesome, like a mustang stock, just not as much volume. Its a great sound.

Yep. I was looking at a burgundy '09 Platinum the other day and was studying the exhaust. Much smaller cats and much better manifolds, will still be a real beech to swap LTs into though.
