bassani vs magnaflow

I have a chance to get a good deal on 2 bassani hiflow cats. I was originally going to go with the 94106 magnaflow hiflows, but my ? is how to the bassani's compare to the magnaflows? Thanks for input! Oh and I did search here and youtube, and all I come up with is mustangs and lightnings lol.

How much can you get them for and are they universal cats?

Although I cannot compare them but I have been running the Magnaflow catback 15609 since 2006 and have no issues at all and they still look and sound great.

I need a part # on the Bassani's to help you out, but Bassani's are good products, just as superior as Magnaflow's are. But you need to verify they meet 6.2L 6200lb gvwr ratings. If you can't get a part #, buy the Magnaflows since you know they will work fine. If you get one with a improper GVWR rating, they'll burn up and clog within a few thousand miles.

Im getting them for a great deal. Phil had them on his truck for 5,000 miles and sold them to david(02redfx4 or something like that) and he is willing to give them to me for just shipping costs....about 80$ less than magnaflow.

oh and I know they are good products, but I usually just see mustang guys running them, not to many f150 owners.

You'll get the same result as any other hi-flow cat would give you. More volume. No tone change. Sounds like they can handle a V8. Go for it.

Alright, just what I needed to hear. I will get them shipped in the next couple of days and maybe an install in a week or two(I may sand the surface rust and paint them with the temp paint)
