headers

Four years ago i installed shorty headers on my 97 expe, now they leak really bad from a crack in the welds at the collector. Going to buy stock manifolds and reinstall them. My question is, how bad is it going to effect the horse power?

Don't buy low quality headers and you won't have cracking...

No they don't...

Heavy gauge, thick flanges, and good penetration on the welds will give you a set of headers that can last the life of the vehicle. Best if ceramic coated inside and out, or made out of Stainless Steel.
