looking for what modds to buy !

hey there my brother has a 2006 f150 and he asked me to find out what are some modds that are worth getting. right now its all stock. can you guys help me out? thanks

cat-back exhaust ( kit or fabbed ) many factors matter so you'll need to decide what you want, intake/DWV intake mod, and custom tune.
