Cost to install shorty headers?

According to alldata it says it pays 4.3 hours to change both sides on a 99 5.4. Most repair shops in arizona are between $90 an hour for independent shops, and $120-130 for dealers. So yea $400-500 for install.

I agree with Fatherford, it is super easy to take out older engines / trannys from back in the day, however most people dont have the garage I can only imagine Fatherford has to park that Viper in. I do my work at the shop where my tools and a hoist are at and would hate to take out a tranny in anything laying on my back in my garage with make shift tools.

If ya'll wanna complain about labor prices come on up to Alaska! Then you can do all your own work in 20hrs of darkness AND -40 degrees! Cause if you got a garage, then you're paying too much in rent to afford parts! haha.
