It crossflows the dual banks to a level scavenging pressure, aiding in better low end torque. and it also balances the tone so one side isn't choppier and louder than the other, which is embarrassing imo. My Silverado with an H piped system did that, I hated it.

On a scale of 1 - 5, I would say its a 3 cruising at 55 - 65mph, maybe even 70mph. Its almost a 2.5 at 70 though, but the Toyo 33s howl up more and come real close to killing it, but its still noticeable when a hil causes a stress point in the torque converter.
