Magnapack

Any one got the part number for the magnapacks? I checked on performance peddler and I don't see anything labeled "magnapack". Are they just the 4, 5, 6, or 7 inch round bodies? If so what length should I get?

Thanks MGD. The part numbers on performance peddler match up to these so I guess they don't call them magnapacks, just round bodies.

Actually, if you go to Magnaflow's website you will find out all the info. And the 4'' bodies are Magnapacks. The others 5, 6, 7 or so on are just considered or called round mufflers not magnapacks. Check their website before you order the wrong thing that isnt exactly a magnapack, but as long as its a 4 inch round one it is a Magnapack.

Magnapacks are the 4"x14" rounds only. They are called packs because they are for the Corvette, and Mustang exhaust systems.

Every item in that link above is considered a 'Magnapack' regardless of length.

Magnaflow defined the name to mean any 4" round-bodied on-center resonator, again, regardless of length.

Longer = a little quieter, but given the geometry of a round-body in general, all will still drone more than an equivalent-length oval, all else being equal.

'Drone' is hugely subjective bear in mind. And, if yer deaf like me, or a Redneck, not an issue
