Hello & Welcome!

Good choice. Probably the best of the lot since the demise of AirForce One (the company, not the plane )

Steer clear of the Sphincter (a.k.a. Spectre) CAI, and anything with a Volant name on it. Total junk.

Also - please be aware that yer '04 may have a pre-existing lean tendency - which will be exacerbated by an aftermarket CAI. Will likely need tuning to alleviate safely.

Consider the intake mod here: https://www.f150online.com/forums/ar...04-2008-a.html

Cheap & effective - and Safe.

Good luck sir.

If you have the 5.4, you will need custom tuning to be sure you are not running lean on a 2004. You might be ok, maybe not, but you need custom tuning anyway to take full advantage of the CAI.

You need to read this and then spend some time reading in the Chips and Tuner forum.
