as the op said he has bigger cams and ported heads. my recommendation would be this, something with a 4in. intake duct, 90mm maf, and 75mm bbk throttle body, you get a custom tune for all that and you will notice a big difference. i think specter's intake is 4in. you could probably do this all for under $400 and that's including the tune. however this is the best you could do (in my opinion). but all the other posts are all great options. it's up to you. hope you enjoy what ever you go with.
