Gisbon Supertruck exhaust

Just wondering if anyone has any experiences with the Gibson Supertruck exhaust. I love the looks, but I'm a little concerned that it might be too loud. Also, just wondering how exactly it will impact my performance of my 99 4.6L.

Thanks,
Joey

I have the Gibson Supertruck exhaust on my 1997 Supercab 4.6L... its not crazy loud but it definitely has a nice rumble. I think it sounds pretty good. If you order it I would suggest getting the stainless steel version, its worth the extra money.

Oh, and performance wise, it made a decent increase in power, not huge though. I would probably notice it more if I didn't have big heavy tires on my NPI 4.6.

Well, I'm mostly interested in how loud it is when cruising around 65-75MPH. I just sold my 93 Lightning, and the exhaust that I had on it was extremely loud when cruising at these speeds. I don't mind it roaring when I get down on it, but would prefer it not to be so loud when driving normal. I have to admit that its the appearance that I love, and also the fact that it bolts on using the stock hangers..
Performance-wise, I know that I would be loosing alot of back-pressure, and I'm not sure how that really impacts low end performance, as well as towing-peformance. I need someone to school me on this...

Thanks
