exhaust decision today

Mornin fellas, its been an exciting week, Tuesday did the Gotts Mod and ordered a Gryphon and today at noon new exhaust, but still have not made up my mind on muffler size, 14" or 18"? I did find a local shop here in MD that does mandrel bent stainless. My setup with pipes magnaflow tips and all stainless hardware $600 cash installed. Hoping to get input on decision, I never was able to find anybody local with an exhaust I could listen to in person, I listened on youtube and the sound clips on the forums and some of the trucks sound great its just the actual loudness that is in question.

14" or 18" on what brand? I ask because I just installed an 18" Magnaflow on mine and really like it. I was told the shorter the muffler the louder it is. I would have been happy with the 24" also.
