Just finished installing my Magnapack.....

AND THIS THING FREAKIN' ROCKS!

Videos will be coming in the next couple of days but for now I can say that my exhaust tone is exactly what I've been looking for -- words simply can't describe the sound so I'll let the videos do the talking. I can add that I noticed a huge volume increase over the 5x8x14 oval Magnaflow and the volume increase surpasses that of when I installed high-flows. If the high-flows made a 40% change in volume I would say that this Magnapack made a 50% change.

Now my exhaust consists of:

3" pipe from the factory y-pipe
3" SI/SO Magnapack
Magnaflow y-pipe
2 1/2" tailpipes
4"x18" SS slash cut tips 45'd behind tires

Now the wait for videos.......

I'm going to try to get some vids sometime today and get them posted tonight. I think it sounds very similar to mblouirs videos of true-duals with bullets and high-flows but the tone is deeper. The best thing is that it's still fairly quiet inside but loud outside. However it is definitely not for the faint of heart.

Video is uploading right now. It was extremely windy today so it's not that great of a video but you can still hear the exhaust somewhat. It's definitely not on par with my other videos so hopefully I'll find time to make another tomorrow if the weather works in my favor.

Here's the video. Like I said it's not the best quality and you can't really hear the exhaust for the wind but I'll get another one as soon as I can. During the normal acceleration run I noticed that I only went up to about 2000 RPMs in this video and I went up to around 2500 RPMs in the other videos so keep that in mind. I normally listen to my truck instead of watching the RPMs and I guess I thought I was accelerating harder than I actually was.

Anyways..... better videos to come but for now:

Edit: Looks like it's still not uploaded 100%. It should show up soon though....

Oh man! That sounds WAY better! Very, very nice! Definitely better than a hemi now. Thing is heard from far away real well, louder than mine is. What a nice WOT sound too. Sick Mustang there too. Love how you did the video in the same setting, does capture a difference in volume and tone better.

Thanks! Yeah it really does sound a lot better. I'm hoping that the wind will die down this afternoon so that I can get a better video. Thanks for the comment on the GT -- I'm sure the wife will appreciate that.
