Cracked manifold and or bolt on 05, need help!!!!

Ok, so I believe I have a cracked manifold bolt due to symptoms that seem very similar to others. My truck is an 05 with 53,000 miles and im pretty pissed off about this.. Its a light ticking/exhaust leak sound coming from passengers floor area. Worse when cold, very worse under load/towing, but becoming more and more prevalent every day.

My engine compartment looks new, as does my truck because I maintain like it is new, but my manifolds look like crap. They are very very rusty, I may even have a small rusted crack in one and not a broken bolt for all I know.

I have yet to bring to a shop until I figure alittle more out.

Heres what I need help with. How much approx should it cost me to have a shop
1. fix broken bolt or
2. replace manifolds

Want to make sure I have a cost idea so I dont take it in the azz when i take it in.

Anyone have any recommendations for me? I have a roush off road cat-back and wouldn't mine updating to better manifolds, but passing inspection and reliability are key to me.

The manifolds are cast so they will look rusted like that no matter where you live. You could have a broken stud. I'd look into headers if I were you. Dynatech, MMMmmm.

^ Indeed. A nice set of shorties to increase the look as well as reliability and exhaust tone.

Ok so apparently we all agree to get shorties, lol!

which brand can I get for the best price and where? What do i get for bolts and gaskets? I don't have alot of money so this needs to be cost effective yet worth my time and money.

Most importantly, How much should this cost me to get done at a garage, bringing my own parts?

I dont c this as something i would ever do myself. Especially working 6-7 days a week and having home and other projects to do.
