I bought a Magnaflow eshaust from Troyer a while back and I am very happy with it but it is a bit loud in the cab, when i am on the gas, I pull a boat most of the time. So what ever model magnflow muffler that would have come with the kit is what it has.

Is there a another Magnaflow Muffler that be quieter?

It is on a 02 F150 FX4 5.4L

 

What length muffler do you have now? Going longer will make it quiet down. I have a 18inch Magnaflow and pull a travel trailer regularly. It is louder than stock but not too loud for me.

 

You can get a 20" or 24" case that will be the next sizes up and will be quieter than the 18" that came with your kit. Depending on what demensions you need (4x9, 5x8 etc). Also, make sure the muffler is installed as far back as possible (towards the bed). Mig already got the answer, the only input i'll give is if its SI/DO then its a 5x8, there aren't any 4x9 SI/DOs from Magnaflow. Those are all singles.
