3A racing muffler?

Yeah yeah i know its one of those ricer muffler's from autozone, but a kid at work said he'd pretty much give me one and I was wondering if anyone had ever heard one on a v8 before?

It's a straight through muffler, just with a huge outlet. But it'd be dumped under the bed so that part wouldn't matter.

Don't flame too hard

My friend was always going to throw two of those on his T/A just for something to do, but never got to it, if you're getting it for next to nothing why not give it a shot, if it sounds horrid get rid of it, but there's always that chance it could be the next "bullet"

haha yeah i searched youtube first and came up with nothing too.

Darren, I've had them about a year and a half with about 20k plus on them. With the rubber thats left, I wouldn't be surprised if they lasted over 40k, but I won't get my hopes up since it is after all a m/t.

XtremeBawls, yeah thats what I was thinking lol. Hell, if i don't like it I can always turn around and sell it to an aspiring ricer.

Exactly because no matter how it sounds on your truck, there going to think it's the greatest sounding exhaust ever...well except for when it's on there vtek with the K&N sticker

Well, its straight through right? Put a Magnaflow on a 4 banger and hows it sound? ricey, put it on a 6cyl, deep but ricey, 8cyl, amazing. Could be the same with the 3A depending on the packing.

Sweet. I was seriously considering the STTs for awhile and I remember your post. I shelled out a few extra bucks and got the Toyo's though, so far so good.
