I actually saw that Borla cleaner on their website, but I couldn't find an option for purchase. Have you bought it before? I was hoping moving a state over would help, but I guess not. I want to go back to Arizona! I didn't know what salt was until I moved to the east coast!

Yeah north east is awesome in summer, nice and green and warm with cool nights, but the road salt they lay in winter sucks. I have to clean it out of my garage floor cause after I wash my truck it drips off with water and covers the floor.

 

Now you can count how many years it takes for the salt to make your truck a rust bucket.

Well, MBRP responded to my email. They said the way it looks is typical and the rust is normal, but they do provide the lifetime warranty that it will never rust through. Looks like when it warms up I am going to do some cleaning!

 

You can always tell the grade of stainless by using a magnet. The higher nickel content in higher grades of stainless steel is not magnetic, such as a 300 series stainless pipe.
