Cutouts on 78 F250 Video

I had asked for some opinions earlier. Installed my 6" round magnaflow muffler on the 78 F250 this morning along with a Summit Racing Exhaust Cutout, here's a video of the cutout in action:

Sounds pretty darn good man. What makes those trucks/old cars have such choppy idles? Was it due to a bigger cam or something?

Could be, Being a push rod engine helps and the thin exhausts they come with does too. Small chance that this truck is lacking a catalytic converter too.

It was about a week or so ago. It's a nice feature. It was funny cause I think Jbrew said something about it and a few days later it was a feature.
