Request for Hi Flow Cats Installed Pics

I am getting the Magnaflow 94106 cats for Christmas and will have them installed very soon thereafter. Have searched for threads of installed pics and no luck. Can someone post pics or redirect to a site so I can print the pics and show them to my exhaust shop? Have called many places and they seem to not be very knowledgeable when it comes to the cut out and weld install. I am especially interested in the O2 mounts.

BTW, I have already got the usual questions after I tell them what I want to do and what my truck is.

        Thanks.

Thanks. What I meant about the questions is that is what the exhaust places have been asking me. I've called five places and have got at least one of those questions at each place.

That cat pic helps but I am really interested in the connection of the O2 sensor after the cat. I know they are going to say they can't weld the O2 sensor in after the cat.

Why can't they? They have to so the CEL stays off. Just install everything, drill out a hole and weld in an O2 sensor bung, install the sensors after the cat, the sensors read the ratio and measure everything is A ok and you're legal.

I'm leaning toward the 94106s for my truck. Will I still need the front cats to pass inspection, or can i just do a front delete and run one 94106 on each side?

since you have four cats. just replace the 94016's with all 4 and add a o2 sensor behind the cats. you will pass inspection easy.

Also look in my albums, I installed the 94106 in my 06 and had a custom tune made to delete o2 problem this way you don't have to worry about mounting the o2 sensor. I think thats one of the best mods you can do is adding high flow cats.

Your truck is what has me debating between Super 44 and Original 40 series Flowmasters as my next muffler. Was dead set on Originals until I heard your youtube clip. Gonna put these cats on then see how it goes.

It looks like you moved the hi flows forward to get away from that cross bar. Is that right? I don't even pretend to understand the custom tuning and how it all works. I hadn't even heard of it until I started visiting this site.

are you in an emissions inspection county? if so you will probably need 4 cats to pass.

The high flows are more smaller then the factory, so it fill fit with lots of room. You should look in to a custom tune, that's one of the best mods I done, it realy wakes up the truck.
Check out VMP or Trayer & PHP for custom tunes.

Yes, I have to pass emissions. Thank you for clearing that up for me, I just misunderstood what fordman18 said before.

In that case, you can leave the front two alone, and replace the rears with hi-flows for a sound gain.
