65mm I.D. You can bore it to 70mm safely.

now gotts, are you talking about the actual throttle body? with the flap?

if so, what would i do about replacing that flap if the throttle body is bored out?

and would you recomend it? or would i be better off buying a new, bigger one?

the elbow can be stretched to 75mm. You could not replace the butterfly (flap). I could literally fit my stock throttle body into my 75mm throttle body. You do not need to replace the flap. If you feel inside the stock throttle body you can feel it taper inwards to approx. 65mm and that is part you want to polish out when you bore it. I have some pictures in my gallery
