Need exhaust recommendation 2010 Lariat Crew Cab

Greetings all,

Kindly request some guidence... Just got a 2010 F150 Lariat - crew cab short bed. I would like an all stainless cat-back that is single side exit (before or after the rear wheel). I like the sound of Borla and would be willing to get something even a bit louder... Quality is key along with ease of installation as I will be doing it in my garage. Many thanks!!

Call Borla.com and request part #s an availabilty, I do not see any kits for the new F150 on their website just yet, and make sure you tell them your bed size, the Supercrew 6;5 bed combo is very popular anymore and that extra 12"s of space makes a big difference.

Thank you. Are there any other stainless options I can look into other than Borla or perhaps a "fits-all" borla muffler with a short pipe that ends under the middle of the truck....would that work also?

I've had Roush Off Road (Borla) and MBRP. Loved them both. When the 2010 comes in, I will be doing the MBRP single inlet dual outlet with side rear exits behind the tires. To me, it is deeper than the Roush and less harsh, but a little quieter, too. The Roush is very bold, but not as deep (did I say that before?) That said, the MBRP still grumbles nicely. I will opt for the MBRP again because I really liked it on my 2008 Srew, and because I haul a trailer, and don't need the sound bouncing off the trailer front cap. Fit and finish with the MBRP (and Roush) have been excellent.
