slps are coming off

slps are coming off

well the slps (LM2)are broke in and they are startin to sound to much like glass packs, i think wednesday ill be makin a trip to the muffler shop and have them weld in some 40 series flowmasters

i know most you yall on here are gonna hollar that its a step backwards but ive always been kind of a chambered muffler kind of guy

OP: before you ditch the SLP's do you have a sound clip? I was thinking about running the LM2's on mine, but might go with the proflows.

my camera wont record sound dropped it at mardi gras last year...hasnt worked since...but if youve heard a glass pack on a ford then youve heard an slp on a f150

its pretty much a stanless glasspack for 189 for a pair

ya i know they do...lol...i just dont think a 5.4 revs fast enough like the mustangs so you get the glasspack pop

Mustang's shorter exhaust and less exhaust bends help out in that area, along with their cams
