Flowmaster 50 SUV vs Delta flow

I just bought a 2006 FX4 crew (two tone white and grey) with the 5.4L. I'm looking to put on a flowmaster 50 series but I don't know the difference between the 50 series SUV and the 50 delta flow? Can anyone clarify? Is it a sound difference? On the flowmaster charts it seems the delta flow is a bit louder. I know the 50 series SUV are very smooth sounding with a deep sound, what about the delta flow? Does anyone out there have either on their rig?

Gotta change my sig, big red is gone....

I had the 50 series delta, I only ran it for a couple weeks... It was a nice deep tone. I liked it. Now I have a SIDO 50 series something another, I have no idea what this current one is... I thought it was delta, but Im not sure. I like it alright, but it has the drone to it... I would do magnaflow if I were you. That's what I want to switch over to. Ive heard those before and they sound really good.

There isn't too much of a difference, if i recall the 50 SUV has thicker baffle plates and a few different curves to them to tone down drone more.

If you true dual it with LTs and no cats they can be. Mine only rasp at 4500+rpm in 1st gear.

If you want a deep exhaust but not too loud... 18" maggie would be around the 50 series
