Help, problems after installing magnaflow

I have 2006 5.4 crew fx4, airaid intake, gryphon programmer, and new magnaflow exhaust before rear tire exit. After putting the new exhaust on my truck it runs really bad at WOT, alot of popping and hesitation. regular driving it runs fine. it has not thrown any codes either. is this a programmer issue, or something else? Please help

Is the intake included in your gryphon tune?

I have talked to Bill at PHP and he has sent me a new tune and no luck, still does the same. I have left messages so we can try again. I just dont know if it could be something else

Did you try putting the truck to stock and see if it still happens?

How many miles on the truck?
May want to try and clean the throttle body.

Uninstall the intake and re-install and pay a huge attention to detail and verify every plug in is installed properly.

I'm just curious... I am not a mechanic, but did you have the plugs changed at all?

One more thing to look at:
Did you make sure you looked inside the muffler to see if it was clear of any packaging material before it was installed?
Just another thought.

One shop I used to work for had a problem with its muffler vender and how when the mufflers were packaged. They always would put the paper work inside the muffler itself instead of between the box and the muffler. Yes after 2 or 3 of these we learned to check them inside every time.
