Bullets/Low End Torque Loss?

Currently have stock exhaust and i am planning on installing high flows 94306 and a si/so dynomax bullet to replace the 40" stock muffler. Before i do this, i need to know if i run a risk of losing low end torque as i do tow a boat quite often? Any assistance is appreciated.

You will not lose any. Especially since your not true dualing it. The only risk your making is that system may give you a good headache when towing under load, depending on your exhaust tolerances.

Also, it would be awesome to hear this, no one yet has posted an actual hi-flow cat & SI/SO Bullet video.

Thanks for the info Darren. I also have noticed that no one has run this setup on the forum as of yet. I have had the 94306's new in the box for 2 years now. I initially bought them for my old 01' that i sold awhile back, so i figured i might as well throw em on rather than them collecting dust.

I'm going to vote that he will notice a small loss of low torque pulling that boat. I'm not for sure, just my thought...

Not with a better flowing exhaust. Hi-flow cats and a direct flowing muffler will surely outperform the OEM cats and OEM muffler or a baffled muffler. all that will happen is a major volume gain and a slight mpg gain.

I hope Darren is right. I dont want to lose any torque whatsoever. What Darren described is exactly what I am looking for.

I'm not sure about towing, but I recently switched to a bullet setup and didn't notice any loss in low end torque whatsoever. The only difference I've noticed isn't in the low end. It seems when I accelerate (as if I'm going to pass a car) when I'm already going 45-50 it speeds up faster than with the stock muffler.

Darren is right.
As long you keep the "Y" and don't mess around going tru duals. There shouldn't be any torque loss.
This will be cool to hear!

Thanks everyone for all the input. I will keep everyone posted once I get everything installed. Anyone have an idea of how much this installation should cost?
