ideal exhaust system

hello I have a 06 with a whipple charger and plan to run maybe up to 15psi of boost.. what would be the ideal set up for my exhaust? I currently have shorties.. I know big mistake should have gone with lts.. and a magnaflow 2 in 1 out with stock size pipe.. also I eliminated the cats which I'm told also I shouldn't have done.. any help would be appreciated
