They only find trouble codes that trigger engine lights. And half the times they are wrong. An Autozone guy cannot tell you exactly what is wrong being non ASE certified, and from a 15 second scan. The dealership Diagnostic takes 30 minutes and it scans every single monitored part of the truck and finds out exactly what is wrong, and why, and what needs to be done. Well worth the $60 imo.

it just blows spending $60 so they can tell me somethins broke! i kno somethings broke! then there gona charge me out the a$$ for it!!!

Could it be somethibg as small as a me tune up? When was the last time you changed your plugs. I would check your plugs and if they need changing change them along with the wires

i got the truck about 50,000 miles ago and i have never changed them so i have no clue

you could set a couple hundred aside and do a general tune up.

A tune up is basically changing the spark plugs and spark plug wires. very easy thing to do. Just remember the length of the wires because they are all different. Only hard part is getting behind the engine.
