What type of exhaust on 1995 L6

so what type of exhaust should i use on my inline 6? should i go cat back, true dual, or just get a high flow and dual it after the muffler?
My brother just gave me his flowmaster 40 series muffler, which is still in great condition. Originally it had 2 inlets and 2 exits for flow but he closed 1 inlet. What would be the best bet. the mufflers fine.
Just looking for some ideas

Cant true dual an incline cylinder motor. Get a hi-flow cat, and a SI/DO ( cat-back ) muffler of your choice ( i would suggest a Flowmaster 2 chamber ) and run dual pipes out where you want them.

the 95 4.9 has the split manifold. you can true dual it.
but IMO they sound better with the high flow cat and si/do flowmaster muffler as darren said

high cat and a si/do glasspack

my dads 95 4.9 had a split manifold, he ran true duals on it, no cats 18" packs.

i never said it sounded good

how will true dual and si/do effect horsepower and torque? What are the Pros and Cons?

better WOT performance with true dual, better low end power with SI/DO.
