too hi flow or gut thats the question

hey darren which hi flows should i get should i get the cats that have the o2 bung already in the cat or what?

you could, but i would advise to getting the magnaflow part #94106 cats and having them mounted after the cats, some Fords have been known to trigger CELs with the 94136 cats that have O2 mounts in them, and if you dont have a programmer to turn the O2 code off its not worth it to me.

Well I have the programmer to turn them off but which ones will be the best in your opinion

so basically the 94106 and the 94136 are the same beside the 94136 has the bung install correct? and how much does a shop charge to install a set of cats just ballpark?

but it might be because my step dad knows the guy whos doing it
maybe its different else where

Yes, they are the same thing except the 94136 has an O2 port near the outlet. $100 - $200 is the average install rate.
