Its mostly the bad quality video, if he had a camcorder it would capture the sound alot better, My truck sounds like a Flowmaster 40 with my picture camera video recording, but is true deep deep sound comes out with my camcorder.

4wd150's setup ( hi-flow cats, Super 44 ) sounds damn incredible, If I change back to a single 3" next spring I just may use a t-409 Super 44. I'm not a fan of their products but that setups sound is incredible.. very incredible.

Plus I have yet to give a t-409 Flowmaster my own inspection

I have been thinking of getting a good camcorder, what would you recommend, and the budget is kind of an issue.

I use a Sony handycam DCR-TRV19, its a mini DV one, touch screen, shake resist, night vision, its a great piece. I swear by Sony products for one, and I got this used/refurbished for $230 on ebay, originally retailed for $600 some.

I would look on ebay for some reburbished sony camcorders. You will also need a Firewire port card and cable for your computer to transfer.

Thanks Darren, Iv looked at the Canon Vixia they retail for about $600 new. I would love to find a deal as good as what you found, I should spend more time on ebay.
