Maf

So Im sure this is on here but im not finding the answer im looking for. I have a 07 5.4L and was wondering were the MAF is. I think it is on the right side of the air filter box. I took the 2 screws off and the wires and such are in a metal case. Is this it. If so can i clean it with non- chlorinated break cleaner? Thanks ya'll
TEX.

without looking at one, i couldnt tell you where it is, if you know what a MAF looks like and you take the intake apart you aught to find it, either way i would use a MAF cleaner nothing else. and dont touch the wires in the MAF, once you screw that booger up its gonna cost ya fer a new one

Don't use anything except electrical cleaner designed for MAF. Most parts stores have it.The sensor is the tiny wire. Do not touch it, it is very brittle. Just spray it to clean it.

Yep that's it, I just installed a K&N CAI this morning and you have to relocate it on the intake tube.
