Need Help Choosing Glasspack

I have a 2002 5.4 and right now I have magnaflow hi flow cats, a super 44 si/do and dual rear exit 4" tips. It sounds great but its just not enough for me like I want it to scream. I'm for sure switching the super 44 out for glasspack(s) one or two i dunno but i sorta narrowed it down to either cherry bomb glasspack cherry bomb extreme or dynomax bullet sort of leaning towards dynomax. Any advice on which will be loudest for my setup videos etc. or if theres a glasspack/muffler out there thats louder that i missed would be great.

If you want a badass setup run 2.5" true duals with bullets and a H-pipe. It will be loud and deep for sure.

The cherrybomb extreme is a single chambered muffler which is going to sound different from the bullet or glasspack. It will have that raspyness of a chambered muffler but will be around the same loudness of a bullet. You have to decide which sound you like better, chambered or straight through.

The only other muffler i can think of that would be louder is slp loudmouths. Have true duals and highflows with them and it will scream for sure.

I have a thrush Glasspack with a 3 1/4'' Inlet and outlet with the factory Y pipe in and a modified Y pipe going out. Its Loud with stock headers and stock cats but you can blow the fiberglass out of them as well as you can on a Cherry Bomb Glasspack. The set up I have makes my truck have a loud roar and whistle to it as the spin of a supercharger. Thats the next step in the mods for my truck.

They're equally as loud, but true dualed will rasp more in high end rpm making it 'seem' louder, 1 muffler will be louder at idle and low end than a true dual.

dynomax bullets are not glasspacks. glasspacks have continuous roving fiberglass in them. dynomax is just a straight through perforated tube

also since the dynomax bullets are just basically a pipe, i was wondering if i will lose any power or performance because i have to friends with f150s around the same year as mine 2002 and after they left the muffler off for a while their trucks started running like **** until they put a glasspack on im wondering if this will happen with dynomax bullets

There must be a problem with your friends' trucks. I've had my straight pipes on my truck for over 2 years. I've had the rear cats off for about 4 months. I, a long with many others running straights, have a had zero problems with our trucks.

Unless it's a 2 stroke, backpressure is BAD. You want as little backpressure as possible with as high exhaust gas velocity as possible.
