Long Tube or Shorties?

ok guy and gals i have a 04 ford f150 5.4 3v with sct sf3 tuner, jlt intake, banks exhaust dumped right after coming over the axle and rear cats deleted, soon to have underdrive pulleys, high flow cats and ford racing cams, my question is what would benefit me better the long tube or shorty headers if i go long tubes ill go with dynatech and get the cats and y pipe, if shorties im looking at jba or banks let me know thanks jonathan

shorties are useless. not much longer than the stock cast iron headers. long tubes are the hot ticket. dynatech SS jet coated. 20 hp pick up.
