It is an excellent kit, sounds beastly. Well worth the money from what I have heard on youtube and from feedback from owners. It will be on my next F-150 for sure

I have this exhaust setup on my truck and as far as sound goes it is outstanding nothing else compares in my opinion I work with alot of truck owners with all types of aftermarket exhaust systems and Roush off road is by far the best hands down and the performance aspect isnt bad either but you have to have other things for it to work CAI, Programmer for the performance side not the sound

Its the best cat-back you can get, but a tad quiet for my likings.

I completely agree. I was told by everyone before I bought mine that it was the loudest cat back you could get, but once it went on, I was a bit disappointed in the noise department. Granted I was never outside of the truck ot hear it going down the road, but was never satisfied with the sound.

And then I threw on the high flow cats It woke it up BIG TIME and makes it a good 50% louder, yet still no drone or any irritation going down the road at all. Good agressive note at idle, very agressive when on the gas, yet nice and tame at cruise.

Roush Off Road + High Flow Cats = Perfect Combo for the 5.4L

The Roush Off-Road is a cat-back.

If your asking what catalyic converters to change to for added sound, Magnaflow cats.

If your asking what other cat-back systems are similar to the Roush off-road in sound, maybe the Flowmaster kits but they're all aluminized steel.

if ur gonna spend the money and buy a kit, the only ones i would get would be Banks, MBRP, and Roush OR. other than that, buy a muffler(s) of your choice online along with the tip(s) and have a shop weld it to ur liking.

I have one and, if I bought a new truck, would do it over again. Love the sound.

how does it compare to straight pipes? I don't really like straight pipes... too loud IMO, but the flowmaster 50 I have is annoying at times with that drone noise it makes when cruising.

Go search F150 Roush Exhaust on Youtube and you will find plenty of videos. If you do the same search, you will find two videos of my truck with the hi flows on it and you will hear the difference very distinctly.

You should insert your video links into the bottom of your sig to make it more available for people to hear. Its not easy to find in my favorites anymore because i'm constantly adding to it and your on like page 30
