Custom bent pipe cost...
Okay guys I called my local muffler shop today and asked what it would cost to change to 3" tubing with them welding in a muffler and tip. The guy said about $200. Seem reasonable? I was thinking less but I know nothing...haha.
I paid 150 for my 2.5" setup on my silver truck, cut factory Y off, and did a X pipe and true duals. I provided the Xpipe and the mufflers. I had another shop quote me 300+ for the same work.

why are you going with 3" vs 2.5"? $200 seems a little high for just pipe and welding. Maybe if the bends are mandrel...
I paid $275 for my system, including the x-pipe, 2 SISO flowmaster 40's and the tips.

for real? the price of steel must be dirt cheap in NC. cost me $150 just to extend 3" single piping to the rear. im also in Cali where everything is 10x the price than anywhere else. and also 3" for single pipe is the way to go

Okay. So now I have another question. I know I said I had made up my mind in the "Just Another Exhaust thread"....welll, I lied.Haha. I got intrigued by the Bullet once I heard a certain YouTube video and now I'm undecided. Bullet is cheaper but I'm looking for performance gain with a mean sound. Not just loud. What do you guys think? Maggie or Dynomax?
